Booking/Reservations:
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will NOT be charged(*), it is only needed to guarantee your reservation. Payment is on arrival. If you arrive by air, please mention the flight arrival time AND the flight number.
(*)Unless you have to cancel late or do not show up, see our cancellation policy below.
Payment:
Payment is cash on arrival.
Cancellations Policy:
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival - no charge. Credit cards will only be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur: Cancellations between 14 days and 72 hours prior to arrival - 25% of full duration charge. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival and No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.
Check in and check out:
Normally your accommodation will be ready and available at 14.00 hours, normal check out time is at 11 AM. We are however as flexible as possible with that. If the accommodation is not occupied you can get the accommodation early on your date of arrival and check out late on your date of departure. You can always bring in your luggage early on the day of arrival and leave your luggage with us for the remaining of the day of departure.
