Booking/Reservations:
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will NOT be charged(*), it is only needed to guarantee your reservation. Payment is on arrival. If you arrive by air, please mention the flight arrival time AND the flight number.
(*)Unless you have to cancel late or do not show up, see our cancellation policy below.
Deposit (only for reservations over Euro 1000.-) :
For reservations over Euro 1000.- we ask for a deposit of 25% to be paid by Paypal. (payment details will be emailed to you after you have made a reservation for which this applies). In case of a cancellation the full deposit (minus euro 45.- administration costs) will be refunded according to our cancellation policy.
Payment:
Payment is cash on arrival. If cash payment is not possible for you, you can alternatively pay IN ADVANCE through Paypal (with your credit card). Please note that there is a surcharge of 4% for payments through Paypal (due to the costs involved for us for credit card payments).
Cancellations Policy:
Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival - no charge. Credit cards will only be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur: Cancellations between 14 days and 72 hours prior to arrival - 25% of full duration charge. Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival and No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.
Children:
Children younger than 5 years old: free. Children of 5 years and older: the normal price for 1 person. Please note that the apartment is only suitbale for 2 persons, 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child.
Check in and check out:
Normally your accommodation will be ready and available at 2 PM, normal check out time is at 11 AM. Please note: the check out time is not flexible and we can not store your luggage! We are as flexible as possible with the check in. If the accommodation is not occupied you can get the accommodation early on your date of arrival. You can always bring in your luggage starting 11AM on the day of arrival.
