Description: Two bed and breakfast rooms under the roof of a monumental house in the center of Amsterdam. The rooms can only be reached by a (typical Amsterdam) stiff/steep stairway, what makes it unfortunately difficult for physically challenged people.
The original wooden beams supporting the roof are still intact. The high wooden pointed roofs make the bed and breakfast rooms very cozy. Both rooms have a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe for your clothes and a couch, cable television and fridge. Furthermore the bed and breakfast rooms are equipped with a hair dryer, an alarm clock radio and coffee and tea making facilities including enough coffee and tea supplies. The shared bathroom is in the hall and is equipped with a toilet, washbasin and shower.
There is also one double room with private bathroom ensuite (in the room) available.
All the ingredients of a great breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, bread, meats,cheese, cold cuts, eggs, cerials, muesli, milk, yoghurt, fresh fruits, etc.) can be found in our self-service guest kitchen. You can have your breakfast there the way you like it whenever you like (until approx. 2 pm) and if you like you can also cook dinner there for yourself.
In the guest kitchen is also a computer with internet connection available, which is free for use 24 hours a day. There is also a free wireless internet access point (WiFi) available in the rooms.
Rates: The B&B rooms are suitable for 1-2 persons. Prices: euro 75-125 per night, for 1-2 persons.
